Costa Rica is world-renowned as class III-IV tropical playground. Rivers like the sarapiqui,torro,pozo azul,Pacuare, Reventazon and the General are world reknowned classic paddling destinations. Many of the rivers on our tours originate in the rain or cloud forest. During the rainy season occassional floods and high water can rearrange rapids - even if you have been paddling here before a trip down Costa Rica 's rivers is a new experience every season.

DAY 1 - Arrive in San Jose , transfer to sarapiqui river.
DAY 2 - On our first day we head to the Rio Sarapiqui There’s no better warm-up with warm water,
DAY 3 - Time to check the torro river.
DAY 4 -pozo azul waterfoll very clen 30 ft and the sucio river
DAY 5 - Paddle into the Pacuare gorge past gushing waterfalls, serene pools and pounding rapids. Upper and Lower Huacas, Cimarron, Dos Montañas and many more . A the take-out to our Operations Center for an exquisite hot lunch, showers, changing rooms, cold and hot drinks
DAY 6 - Enjoy a relaxing day at the beach surfing with your kayak

Don’t just watch “Animal Planet“ Live it!!!

Day 1) from the hotel we head down to the Caribbean, on our way there we have to go through the Braulio Carrillo National Park, a banana plantation where we take a boat loaded with kayaks, about 1 hour to Tortuguero by boat, once there we have one night hiking on the beach to see the turtles laying their eggs or baby ones hatching from their eggs. The next morning we start early paddling along the secondary canals and its outstanding amount of wild life: river otters, monkeys, sloths, toucans, eagles, caimans and a lot more!

Day 2) after kayak the canals and a nice brunch we go back, boat and shuttle to the Sarapiquí river area, where we spend the night.

Day 3 ) early start, white water , a nice class 3 section , is up to our costumers to raft , kayak or use an inflatable to go down stream through a beautiful forest , after that shower , lunch and then towards Arenal Volcano , we arrive at 4:00PM , check in at the hotel and then relax at the hot springs , great views from the most active volcano on the Americas .

Day 4) Options: kayak on Lake Arenal ; kayak the Peñas Blancas River , a nice float in the rain forest.

Day 5 ) Monteverde , canopy tour , up to here we have seen already 4 types of tropical forest , being Monteverde a beautiful cloud forest , at an altitude of 2000 meters from sea level , great views , fresh weather , adventure on the trees.

Day 6 ) Pacific Ocean , plenty of activities , surf kayak , hikes on Carara Biological Reserve where we have one of the largest population of scarlet macaws, soft paddle on the ocean , we can spend here easy two days , excellent sea food , opportunities to see big crocodiles from the Tárcoles bridge , scarlet macaw flocks , monkeys .

The Tour Includes: 3 meals a day, accommodation, transportation by boat and private shuttle, fully bilingual guides Entrance fee at all the National Parks, kayaks, rafts, Personal Floatation Device, paddles and helmets. This is an excellent trip for students and families alike, you will learn the basics on how to paddle a kayak, river rescue; you will see plenty of wild life. All you have to do is bring your camera & clothes to have fun.
